Shipping policy

Order Processing:
In-stock orders will be processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.
Pre-Order Stickers may take up to 1 to 3 weeks for production! Any other products for Pre-Order may take longer. Please read the description of the product to see the estimated time for production. Once received, we will ship the products out as soon as possible.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays. We accept international orders!
Shipping charges will be calculated for your order and displayed at checkout.
Shipping:
- After checkout, you will receive an email once your order has been confirmed. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive another email containing the tracking number.
- In-stock orders will be processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days.
- Pre-Order Stickers may take up to 1 to 3 weeks for production! Any other products for Pre-Order may take longer. Please read the description of the product to see the estimated time for production. Once received, we will ship the products out as soon as possible.
- Shipping may take up to 3 to 5 business days for delivery after initial shipment. International shipping may take over a month, if not longer, due to the nature of international customs and imports.
- Happy Ami does not offer insurance for our packages.
Customs:
Happy Ami is not responsible for any other fees such as duties, taxes, and custom fees. This includes VAT (Value Added Tax) for International orders. Any such fees is the responsibility of the buyers. Please check with your post office to see if this applies to you before ordering. If you refuse a package due to not paying these fees when applicable, or the package returns to sender, you will be expected to pay for shipping again once the package returns back to us.
Incorrect or Incomplete Mailing Address:
If an order has an incomplete or incorrect address and the package is returned to us, Happy Ami is not liable for the order not being delivered correctly. The customer may request to reship their order, but must cover the new shipping cost.
In the instance where the package does not return to us, Happy Ami is not liable to replace your order. Please make sure to double check your address before placing an order.
Stolen or Misdelivered Orders:
Happy Ami does not cover replacements, or refunds on orders that were not delivered, or stolen. Please contact your local postal carrier in regards to your missing or stolen package.
Happy Ami is not responsible for any delays in shipping or packages lost in transit due to the shipping company's error(s).
